Databridge is my go to system for anything related to completing ILR returns. Without it, the process would be significantly more time-consuming and complex.
The event log and reporting functions are also excellent. They allow us to instantly alert specific staff to achievements or concerns, and the entries are both user friendly and quick to complete. The ability to drill down into reports by category and student characteristics has been especially valuable.
Another real strength is how adaptable the system is. We can change and edit many elements ourselves to fit the needs of our provision, without needing to rely on the Databridge team to make those adjustments for us.
We have also been able to use the Goal Setting feature and adapt it to our individual site. It enables us to monitor progress against targets effectively and upload evidence that links directly to each student’s termly curriculum.
The help desk has been outstanding. The support offered is consistently prompt, thorough, and reassuring. No query is ever too small, and the responsiveness has made a huge difference to our implementation and ongoing use of the system.

Having all information on one shared system is so helpful. For me, working with students across different sites and on a part-time basis, it feels really important to be able to easily access key information to make sure I am up to date with the students in my key group. It is great to have the educational and pastoral information all in one place rather than having to navigate different systems for different elements of the job (e.g learning goals/targets alongside behaviour / events / communication / registers). This is also really helpful when it comes to new staff joining and being introduced to the system.
The training team are all so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had such quick and thorough responses from them and have never been left with an unsolved query. Having worked with many different data systems over the years, I have never had this experience before. The training days Databridge have led at our college have been great and have provided specific support that is tailored to our setting. The step-by-step guides are also such useful tools!

The induction training the Databridge team gave me as a manager was so person centred, the same way we always aim to be with our residents, they were with me as a learner. The team really took time to get to know me and the provision I was setting up, they understood the requests I had made and were able to transform them into something workable on the Databridge system with ease. We had a number of sessions on a one to one and would always have a catch up to review progress and go over certain points as the system was being designed for Stratford Lodge. I actually found the thought of the migration quite daunting but after a session or two I quickly realised that this was going to be a great move for our service.
Less than 6 months in and I am now feeling very much self-sufficient with the system, I can modify and generate new logs myself and have created multiple new events such as compliment logs, complaint logs, meds error logs, daily logs, contact logs etc… the possibilities are pretty much endless once you develop the basic knowledge and confidence of the system. Being able to generate such things quickly and efficiently is such god send, Databridge gives you that flexibility
